Latency of Mail

Hi guys,
I'm not sure about the rest of us, but I seem to be recieving emails
from this list a significant time after the mail was sent. For example,
today (July 9, 2005 @ 10:30 -0800), I just recieved the email regarding
bug 309136, which was dated July 8, 2005 @ 15:59 -0800. Does anyone
else have this problem?
