[Shotwell] Missing Photos don't rescan properly

Aha, there it is. I tried setting the "flags" field to 0 (they were all 8)
in the database by hand, and my photos all reappear, but most events are
gone and the photos only show up in the whole-library view. So I'm still
stuck.
