[Shotwell] remake the thumbs from the files possible?

All you should have to do is scroll the blank thumbnails into view and then
wait. Shotwell will automatically enqueue background tasks to thumbnail the
photos. Unfortunately, for a 19000 photo library, this is going to take a
while. Large RAW photos easily require 5 seconds to thumbnail. Videos can
require a similar amount of time. If half of the media items in your
library are RAWs and/or videos, we're talking 9500 * 5 = 47500 seconds =
792 minutes = 13 hours. My belief is that if you wait long enough, you
should be okay.
