[Shotwell] Import from Folder

- the user action window to select the folder appears 
- Folder is chosen and OK button pressed 
- Import takes place immediately. 
- (Older versions asked if import should take place with two options:

Flash or memory card or folder outside usual library

that feature hasn't been removed.  If you import from your library directory (e.g. $HOME/Pictures) or a subdirectory of it, Shotwell won't ask you whether to import in place or copy - there would be no point in copying since the photos are already in the library directory.  In the Preferences window, the Library Location section shows what your library directory is set to.  You are probably importing from somewhere under that directory.
