[Shotwell] Shotwell Plugin-based Postprocessing Tools

Tabbed in the adjust dialog it is, then.
I imagine a vertical list of tool icons, with a slider next to it, if
necessary. Also makes it easier to categorize the tools, if there ever are
too many to keep a clear overview. Thanks for the feedback & best regards,
