[Shotwell] Compiling Shotwell on Debian Testing

I did! I actually followed that guide most of the way through. The only
place I deviated was instead of compiling locally I used sudo make install
instead of adding the prefix=/usr part onto configure. I also only used
stable branches of shotwell and gexiv2 instead of svn.
