[Shotwell] Working on XMP?

Hi Simon,

At least among Yorba's internal engineering resources, this feature is
unlikely to be implemented in Shotwell 0.9, because we've got so many
other features on our plate right now. That said, we are aware that
this feature is important, especially for pro and semi-pro
photographers who shoot mostly RAW and have collections of thousands
of images that they need to organize into projects, working sets, etc.
with tags. I don't think we want to change the priority of this bug to
high as yet, but I would like to say that if anyone in the community
would like to take this feature on (as is often the way in open
source), we'd be happy to review and commit their patch to Shotwell.
