[Shotwell] gstreamer versions

I had upgraded to Lucid sometime back and the repos were disabled for the
libstreamer0.10.30-dev. I fixed that and upgraded all the libgstreamer
packages and installed the dev package. Now they are all 0.10.31-1~lucid1.
When I run "make" in the shotwell directory I get this:

any ideas?
