[Shotwell] trashing RAW+JPEG pairs and option watch library directory for new files

thanks for a very clearly written bug report.  I'm seeing this too.  
I've ticketed this here:

http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4077

We should fix this for 0.11.1.
