[Shotwell] web-mail button

Shotwell uses the Nautilus send-to feature to send photos via email.  The
best solution is to find a send-to plugin that can deal with whatever Web
mail service she uses.

To use send-to in Shotwell, select the photo(s) you want to send and choose
File -> Send To...  You'll have the chance to scale the photos before
sending them.
