Keep in mind that this ticket refers to a symptom of incompatibility on
Maverick.  I don't believe there's a ticket regarding the decision to drop
support for Maverick.

It's quite possible to build all the packages from source to make it work on
Maverick, or to find a PPA out there that has the packages you need.  We
don't provide support for that here at Yorba because we don't have the
resources.
