[Shotwell] shotwell wrong event dates + ubuntu 10.04

Hi Colin,
You are right, there are many applications that are not upgraded. Generally
I don't upgrade anything if everything works. I've just upgrade applications
with new features or bug fixes, like this issue.

I've been using Shotwell with wrong event dates (in Catalan) and it's quite
annoying to change by hand all of them. New released 0.11 has fixed wrong
even dates in Catalan and I'd be so happy to use it.

In my opinion, is not very useful to upgrade all my stuff every 6 months as
ubuntu pretends. I do like ubuntu but I don't want to be every half year
repairing those applications or functionallites that has stopped to work. I
dit it from 8.04 to 10.04 (8.10,9.04,9.10) and I got fed up as every upgrade
implies something that stops working.

I'll will continue using Shotwell partially with all things that are still
useful for me.

Anyway, I'm not complaining I'm just expressing my "sadness" because I was
so happy thinking that I was gonna have 0.11 fully working (with my
language)  in my ubuntu 10.04.
