[Shotwell] My phone videos go to the 1945 folder

And just like Shotwell's "Photos -> Adjust Date and Time" option, from
the sound of it. Or does that not save the changes to the EXIF data?
Perhaps it depends on the "Write tags, titles and other metadata to
photo files" setting?
