[Shotwell] Shotwell 0.11: Call for Translation

No, that would be an option if we knew perfectly the application. You
cannot expect translators to play hours with your application to find
all the strings we need for translation, sorry, that's not an option.
Most of us translate several more packages (I used to translate ALL
GNOME and other Freedesktop projects) and even if I dedicated full
time to translation, I could not try every single feature from every
single piece of software.

It's not an option.
