Hi! First of all I would like to thank you for making such a great photo
manager. I have been looking for a good photo manager for quite some time
and settled for Shotwell for its speed and ease of use.
I have for now one question: if I enhance a photo I found out a copy of the
original photo is made and saved with the original name + '_1'. Correct me
if I am wrong. Now I selected a batch of photos and enhanced them which
worked like a charm. Then I decided to undo the enhance on all photo's
because I was not satisfied. I ended up having duplicates of all photos
(with filename + '_1') which are exactly the same as the original since I
undid the enhancement. That takes a lot of space on my hard drive. Is there
an easy way to remove them? Can I just delete the duplicates (all _1 photos)
from my hard drive or will this corrupt the Shotwell database?
Thanks for your help.
Regards, Chris
