[Shotwell] Call for testing!

I tried uploading all photos again but got this:

The error code 7 doesn't tell me anything; and there was no 'retry' button
to resend the photos not yet sent.

Also, just imho, the dialog should scale down to the minimum size necessary
when uploading.
