[Shotwell] Contributing

Hello everybody,

I wanted to apply for the german translation but it seems that Ingo was 
faster ;-)

What I've seen from Shotwell so far is pretty amazing and I would like 
to contribute somehow.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Vala but maby I can contribute somehow.

I also have some feature requests but I wanted to know if there is a 
roadmap first.
