The translations are probably derived work (depending on local law),
but that doesn't necessarily mean we can use them without them being
explicitly released under a license we can use.

It all boils down to if the actual software itself (Wazobia Linux, and
its parts) was released under an (L)GPL(-compatible) license or not.

If it was, we can use it, if we mention the copyright holder in the
file headers and follow the requirements of their license.

If it was not, Wazobia Linux was probably an (L)GPL violation
(depending on local law), but it doesn't mean we can use their work.
They work remains proprietary.
