Mastermind: trademark problem?

Hello,

Please CC me on responses as I am not subscribed.

There is a request to import gnome-mastermind into GNOME SVN. According
to the author, the trademark is only for the board game (not for
computer games). I'd want to be sure that is true.
Could someone advise if there is a trademark problem?
