This is now done for the modules listed in the first two post of this
thread.  Each of those modules now has a ChanggeLog.pre-* file with the
old ChangeLog entries.  For the modules that had a recent release in the
ChangeLog I tried to have that release entry as the top and final entry
in the old ChangeLog.pre-* file.  For the rest of the modules, the
entries were left unchanged in the ChangeLog.pre-* file.
