To those maintainers using this script to remove the optional API
#ifdefs.  Please be careful when you do.  It is not full-proof and could
remove wrong #ifdef/#else/#endif blocks (see the previous posts on this
thread for more information).  When using the script, please review the
modified files for possible errors.
