I have added MSVC 2010 binaries to the recently uploaded gtkmm 2.22 
installers [1, 2]. I also upgraded my mingw toolchain to build this 
stuff to mingw-w64 with gcc 4.4.3 from [3, 4], so I suggest to use that 
compiler with the mingw binaries to avoid ABI incompatibilities. I'll 
update the Wiki page accordingly soon.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
