Well, I got bored and did the last two (without creating a compat header
for point 4 - this is left as an exercise for programmer migrating his
project from gtksourceviewmm-2.0 to 3.0). So probably gtksourceviewmm is
for now complete. Thanks for help and I'm sorry for confusion.
