Doxygen main pages

David King and I have added main pages to several *mm projects so they
have useful information when viewed via the links from here:
http://library.gnome.org/devel/references.html#c++-bindings

For instance:
http://library.gnome.org/devel/libsigc++/stable/
http://library.gnome.org/devel/glibmm/stable/

This is a good idea anyway.

Could the maintainers of other *mm projects do the same, please. Just
look in the main headers (glibmm.h, gtkmm.h, etc) and copy+modify the
Doxygen comments that we've used.
