problem with designing my window

Hello all.

I'm designing a window but i have some problems with size stuff.

I would like to disable the capability to resize the window (maximize or minimize).

But even using 'set_resizable' with 'false', the user is still able to maximize the window (with the upper right icon or with  the mouse).

I don't know how to do :'(.

I hope some one will be able to help me :)
