It's a problem in the installer. I will fix it with the next installer.

I blame NSIS for this a bit. With InnoSetup, the uninstaller is created
automatically, without explicitely naming every file to uninstall again.
Maybe one day I am going to experiment with converting the installer to
use InnoSetup instead of NSIS.
