Win32 binaries for gtkmm 2.10

Dear users of gtkmm on the win32 platform,

Just to let you know that I have uploaded win32 installers for gtkmm
2.10 (including cairomm) on a temporary site. As usual, libraries are
provided for both mingw32 and MSVC. You can go grab them on

Unfortunately, the gladewin32 installer for GTK+ hasn't been updated
for GTK+ 2.10 yet, so you'll have to download GTK+ directly from the
GTK+/Gnome servers

Please note that my gtkmm binaries require Cairo with the PS and PNG

for details.

As usual, feel free to report any installation issue on this mailing
list (as it might be of interest to other users) and any win32-related
bug on bugzilla.
