New implementation oif ListView allowing multiple columns

Now the new class allows multiple columns
* Various comments addressed
* Now you can't name the column(s) in the constructor. Use set_column_tit=
le( 0,
"Column_name" ) for the simplest case.
* It is still possible to manage comofortably single columns list boxes:
listbox->append_text( "Item1" );
* Or multiple columns:
stringgrid->append_text();
stringgrid->set_text( 0, 0, "Item11" );
stringgrid->set_text( 0, 1, "Item12" );
