libatkmm was not being initialized. gtkmm 2.6.13 should fix this (and hopefully
not introduce other bugs). Please test and confirm.

My apologies again.

Could we have an actual compileable test case please? You might be able to
modify an example, for instance.

Also, valgrind's memcheck might give interesting clues.

I'm sorry but I am still seeing the same segfault with regexxer. :-(

Calling get_accessible() on a GTK component still returns a NULL reference.

Created an attachment (id=70035)
 --> (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=70035&action=view)
A patch that fixes all remaining problems described above, but also makes some
new

Resizing the window causes a segfault:

#0  0x0000000000000000 in ?? ()
#1  0x00002b3e4d90de5f in itemize_state_process_run (state=0x7fff5eab1b20) at

#3  0x00002b3e4d91534f in pango_layout_check_lines (layout=0x736150) at
pango-layout.c:3328
#4  0x00002b3e4d91758e in pango_layout_get_line_count (layout=0x736150) at
pango-layout.c:1045
#5  0x0000000000410b9d in PrintFormOperation::on_draw_page (this=0x742c80,
print_context= 0x7fff5eab1e80, page_nr=7563392)
    at printformoperation.cc:109

Also on my computer I can't print to file and so do a preview in the simple
example:

cairo-array.c:206: _cairo_array_index: Assertion `0 <= index && index <
array->num_elements' failed.

Hmm, that change doesn't actually seem to have made it into the tarball.

Please try this one. It seems OK with regexxer in my tests:
http://www.murrayc.com/temp/gtkmm-2.6.14.tar.gz

If it's OK then I'll release it. We'll get this done eventually.

------- Comment #12 from Murray Cumming  2006-08-01 17:06 UTC -------
So, the fix seems to be all about refing the PaperSize, but it's hard to read
the patch. Please feel free to apply it, but please do keep the _CONVERSION()s
in the .hg files, because they are unusual.

Also, those rfs in the PaperSize _CONVERSIONS() probably don't belong in the
.m4 file. If it's for a get* method then that method should just have a
refreturn option instead.

Excellent, this fixes it, and I verified ABI compatibility with all current
gtkmm-based application in Fedora. Ship it I say.
