What sort of help do you need?  Were you having a specific problem or
did you want general information?  As far as I know, cairomm hasn't
been tested on windows much yet, and it didn't even compile on windows
until recently (there are some fixes for this in cairomm CVS, and a
new release will be made soon).  If you want to test it out, I'm
willing to offer any help I can, but I don't have much experience with
Windows development, so I may not be able to answer all of your
questions.

I would guess that it will be included when gtkmm 2.10 comes out, but
I can't say for sure.
