Tor - one other thing I need to mention... I'm compiling this program with
Visual C++ whereas the Linux and Cygwin versions are built using gcc. Could
that be a factor? I'm guessing that if I built the win32 version with MinGW
it would probably work properly - but I don't have MinGW installed so that's
only a guess.
