Should I come up with a patch? I simply copy-pasted the gtk code for

 - a command line argument,

This is useful when you know upfront

 - a menu item "Rotate", that expands to three further items, 90, 180,
   270 degrees,
 - or a menu item "Rotate <clockwise turning arrow>", eack click on
   that menu item increases rotation by 90 degrees.

This latter is nice & simple & matches the approach of other apps
like Evince
