Hi, what a coincidence. I just got gdb up and running: warning: section .gnu_debuglink not found in C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0512\bin\libgtk-3-0.dll.debug warning: section .gnu_debuglink not found in C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0512\bin\libgtk-vnc-2.0-0.dll.debug warning: section .gnu_debuglink not found in C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0512\bin\libgvnc-1.0-0.dll.debug [New Thread 14936.0x391c] [New Thread 14936.0x37ec] [New Thread 14936.0x370c] [New Thread 14936.0x319c] [New Thread 14936.0x3bec] [New Thread 14936.0x1d04] [New Thread 14936.0x39b4] Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x758d72b9 in USER32!GetPropW () from C:\Windows\syswow64\user32.dll (gdb) bt #0 0x758d72b9 in USER32!GetPropW () from C:\Windows\syswow64\user32.dll #1 0x03282690 in _gtk_magnifier_get_magnification () from C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0512\bin\libgtk-3-0.dll #2 0x00000000 in ?? Dorry but no experience with gdb in Windows yet. Defaulted to export symbols for C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0256\bin\libgdk-3-0.dll -That looks like a incompatibility between the version fo the DLLS you have installed, and what gtk-vnc was built against. I think it is simpler if you just uninstalled everything you have already and then test this new MSI installer I just built https://fedorapeople.org/~berrange/virt-viewer-x86-2.0-new-gtk-vnc.msi I've not tested this myself - i just did a fresh windows build with new gtk-vnc and latest virt-viewer release. So consider it a test build, not an official buildThanks for taking the time and providing that build. But I get the same error picture. After message "connected to graphics server" the VNC display crashes. The dump is the same. What I did: - deinstall old version - remove left-over installation folder - install new package (takes C:\Program Files (x86)\VirtViewer v2.0512) - fix file associations (this never really works ... :( ) Markus
