No Gtk-Perl releases for December 2018

Hi folks,

There have been no new code submissions to the Gtk-Perl repos in the
last month, so there will be no Gtk-Perl releases for the
month of December 2018.

Stay tuned for the release deadline announcement for this month
(January), which I will be sending out shortly.
