No Gtk-Perl releases for April

Hi all,

Sorry for the somewhat late notice.

There was no new code submitted to the Gtk-Perl git repos since the
March releases, so consequently, there will be no new Gtk-Perl
releases for April.

I'll send out the release deadline e-mail for May shortly.
