Problem installing gtk-perl on windows (XP)

Hi I am trying to install packages from http://lostmind.de/gtk2-perl/

However when I try to install with ppm I

"PPD does not support this platform"

any ideas (Gtk ,glib runtime, and activestate perl installed fine)
