multiple callback arguments (include in Tutorial)

Hi all,

I suggest addition of "How to pass multiple arguments to a callback"
into the Gtk2-Perl Tutorial.

After being on #gtk-perl for a while, Ross told me this is an faq::

Either provide a link to the appropriate faq entry or have the text
duplicated. You guys have done great on porting the gtk+ C tutorial to
perl
