GTK+ default named colours proposal

Hello there,

The topic of named colour in themes and the use therof keeps popping
up from time to time the mailing lists. [1],[2].

I created a proposal which may be found at
http://live.gnome.org/GtkNamedColours. I searched the mailing list for
possible candidates, comments and additions are  (of course) most
welcome.
