Thanks muchly Richard - great to see this finally get in.

Have just sent through a couple more patches too to add on screen
display of keyboard brightness level (which is basically copied and
pasted from that in gpm-brightness) and then a second patch which gets
rid of this duplicated code and unifies it out into a separate file -
gpm-osd-dialog.[ch]

This should put keyboard backlight control etc on par with lcd backlights.
