Better yet, Gnome should never suspend or hibernate a user's PC for
the first time unless they have no apps running. Then, Gnome should
check if we resume successfully including resumption of Wi-Fi. If
there was any problem, Gnome should set the suspend-after-X-minutes
and suspend-on-lid-close options to "no".
Good idea? Bad idea? Should I file a wishlist bug with all the above
plus more refinement ideas I wrote in my PalmPilot's to-do list?
