[gpm] Custom scripts location

I was wondering where the location is for the custom scripts to run
before/after a successful suspend to RAM (like restart the rc.d network
for example).  I looked over the archives and found this thread:

...which talks about running as a regular user, but that is not what I'm
looking for.  I would like root to run these needed scripts.
