I would say remain at 1 hour.

The bug reporter likes to have 2 hours because he likes the monitor not
to turn off during his lunch break, because he thinks that the life of
his monitor will decrease because the monitor going to sleep and waking
up again. I doubt if that's true.  Furthermore he could just set it to
never and just turn off the monitor at the end of the day.

Also if we change it to two hours, I'll bet there will be a bug report
coming which says they want 3 hours,
