[gpm] Bug 332407 – Smart defaults for icon visibility

Anyone got any views they would like to add to the bug here:

as to the default policy, and maybe the addition of "Only when battery
hardware is present" as an option.

Please add comments to the bug, rather than the mailing list, to cut
down on spamming people that couldn't care either way :-)
