[gnome-love] JHBuild: gnome-common dependency

Hi,

Building GNOME using JHBuild gnome-doc-utils fails with 'You need to
install gnome-common from the GNOME CVS'.

Shouldn't gnome-common be a dependency of gnome-doc-utils?

The following note in gnome-suites-3.0.modules made me stop and think
there is something funny going on:
