GCM 2.31.92ish on Ubuntu Lucid

I just tested GCM 2.31.92~pre20100909 on Ubuntu Lucid, with Argyll
1.3.0, and it seems to work fine for both my ColorMunki and Huey.

Thanks for introducing a tad of backward compatibility :)
