Printshop calibration/profiling

Hi,

Another thing I noticed, is the very cool dialog which also allows you
to profile printshops, however I can only get to this dialog whenever
I have a printer in GCM, and the spectrophotometer connected, even
though I only want to generate a chart to send to my printshop. This
is not a huge problem, more of a nuisance...

Maybe it's a thought to create a "Printshop" virtual device? Honestly
I'm not sure that's a much better solution, since sooner or later
we'll end up with 100 by default created virtual devices for all kinds
of corner cases...
