Regression: gcm-prefs from current git doesn't apply videolut anymore

Changing the profile in gcm-prefs, closing gcm-prefs, and opening
gcm-prefs again also does _not_ change the profile that is selected by
default.

So the problem is most likely not the application of another profile's
VideoLUT, but the VideoLUT of the original default selected profile is
always being applied, no matter which profile was manually selected
afterward.
