Bugzilla account created

I've arranged for a bugzilla component to be created. If you want to
file a bug, use
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=gnome-color-manager
but be sure to check for duplicates first, using
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=gnome-color-manager

At the moment, there are no bugs, which means GCM must be feature
complete and perfect in every way. I can't imagine this situation will
last long :-)
