[gmime-devel] non-seekable GMimeStreamFile

While porting notmuch to gmime 3.0, I learned that the GMimeFileStream
methods unconditionally call fseek on the underlying file. Since we're
wrapping stdout, this doesn't always work out. Should we be
GMimeStreamPipe instead?
