you should have a context menu option to remove a page when right clicking
on the immediate child of the notebook (or in the inspector).
if its not in 3.6.1; then you have to delete the notebook children so that
there are only placeholders for that page - then decrease the pages property
(but Im sure you should have that context menu option).
